This is a reproducible blank protocol, not a claim that a third-party verification flow passed.

Record for each controlled run:
1. Trigger UTC timestamp and non-secret correlation ID
2. Expected recipient and normalized recipient
3. Sender/envelope identity expected by the test
4. Message arrival timestamp and observed latency
5. Subject/template/version observed
6. HTTPS destination host (token redacted)
7. State before click, after first click, and after replay
8. Expiry and resend result
9. Mobile/keyboard/accessibility result
10. Cleanup result

Pass only when the intended account changes state once, the link cannot be replayed after success, expiry and resend follow the product specification, and no secret is retained in shared evidence.
