TEMPMAIL CLOUD

About TempMail Cloud

Why we built a private, receive-only temporary email service that lets you return to the same inbox.

Last updated: August 8, 2026.

A practical layer between you and unnecessary email TempMail Cloud gives you a separate, receive-only email address for the moments when a website needs to send a message but does not need the address connected to your everyday identity. Typical uses include email OTPs, confirmation links, product trials, downloads and software testing.

Why we built it Many temporary email tools are designed to disappear within minutes. That is useful for a single code, but less useful when a service sends a receipt, follow-up verification or account notice later. TempMail Cloud combines fast inbox creation with password-protected return access, so you can keep an address when the relationship lasts longer than expected.

What the service does - Generates random temporary email addresses in seconds - Lets users choose an available custom name and active receiving domain - Receives email messages, verification links and supported OTP codes - Highlights supported numeric codes for faster copying - Allows registered users to organise multiple inboxes under one account - Lets an administrator add receiving domains and manage platform content

What the service does not do TempMail Cloud does not send email, provide SMS phone numbers or guarantee that every third-party website will accept a disposable domain. It is not a substitute for a permanent provider used for banking, healthcare, government services, payroll or primary account recovery.

Privacy through separation A temporary address can reduce how often your primary email appears in unrelated databases and marketing lists. That is useful privacy separation, not anonymity. The service still processes the mailbox address, received messages and technical data required to operate and protect the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

Designed around honest limits Email delivery depends on DNS, the sending provider and the recipient policy of the website you are using. Messages can be delayed, rejected or blocked. We describe these limits openly so users can choose the right inbox for the right job.

Responsible operation We maintain receive-only infrastructure, access controls, backups and abuse-handling processes. Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. Read our Safety guidance and Terms and Conditions before using an inbox for anything important.
