Is it free? Guest inbox creation, receiving messages and credential login are free. Administrators can change availability from the control panel.

How long does an inbox last? Registered mailboxes are kept permanently unless the owner or an administrator deletes them. The current guest policy is displayed on the site.

Why does every inbox have a password? The password lets you return to the same private inbox from another session or device.

Guest inbox or account? A guest inbox is independent and opened with its own credentials. An account groups multiple permanent mailboxes under one login.

Can I send email? No. TempMail Cloud is receive-only by design.

Can websites block a domain? Yes. Administrators can add and rotate receiving domains from the admin panel.
