Start here if an email has not arrived
- Confirm the complete receiving address, including its domain.
- Check that you are viewing the intended inbox, not a different saved address.
- Refresh the inbox and allow for sender delays. Repeated resends may invalidate previous codes.
- For a timed inbox, check its expiry. A new timed address will not receive messages sent to the expired one.
- If the sender rejects disposable addresses, use a suitable permanent address. Acceptance is controlled by that service.
Frequently asked questions
Can support recover every old inbox?
Recovery depends on the inbox type, available credentials and retention. Timed inboxes cannot be recovered after expiry. Start with the inbox recovery guide rather than generating a new address.
Why can’t a guest use bulk creation?
Bulk creation requires an account. Sign in before opening the bulk tool. This keeps the bulk workflow separate from simple guest inbox access.
Where do I use an assigned private domain?
Sign in to the account that received the assignment and look for Generate from private domain in the homepage mailbox controls. If the option is missing, contact support with your account email and the domain name—not your password.
Can I forward messages to another email address?
Automatic forwarding is not currently available through these tools. Do not change your domain’s MX records to enable it without planning how existing receiving inboxes will continue to work.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the affected page, approximate time and timezone, browser, and exact error message. Never send a password, API key, two-factor setup key or active verification code.
