TEMPMAIL CLOUDTerms and Conditions
Rules for lawful, responsible use of TempMail Cloud accounts, mailboxes, domains and receive-only email features.
Last updated: August 8, 2026.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using TempMail Cloud, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.
Service description
TempMail Cloud creates receive-only email inboxes for lawful privacy, verification and testing workflows. Features can include random or custom addresses, multiple receiving domains, password-protected mailbox access, registered accounts, inbox search, filters and OTP detection.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful activities such as:
- Receiving email verification codes and confirmation links
- Separating low-risk sign-ups from a primary inbox
- Testing registration, password-reset and notification workflows
- Receiving trial, download or newsletter messages where allowed by the sender's rules
Prohibited use
You must not use or assist others to use TempMail Cloud for:
- Fraud, theft, phishing, deception, impersonation or account takeover
- Harassment, threats, exploitation or unlawful content
- Malware delivery, credential collection or unauthorized access
- Spam, automated bulk abuse or evasion of a third party's eligibility limits
- Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights
- Scraping, probing, reverse engineering or bypassing security and rate limits
- Interfering with the server, mail flow, domains or other users
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law or a third-party service's terms
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for activity performed through your sessions and credentials. Use a unique strong password, keep credentials private, sign out on shared devices and check that your intended service permits temporary email. Never submit sensitive information merely because an inbox is password protected.
Mailbox ownership and access
Control of a mailbox is established through a valid session, mailbox credentials or an authenticated account that owns it. Guest mailboxes may not have an external recovery method. We may require reasonable verification before responding to an ownership or deletion request.
Retention and deletion
Automatic mailbox expiry is currently disabled. A mailbox and its messages remain active until deleted by its owner or an administrator. We may suspend or delete content, sessions, accounts, mailboxes or domains to address abuse, security, legal or operational risk. Protected backups may retain deleted records temporarily during their rotation period.
Third-party services
Use of a TempMail Cloud address does not change the rules of the website receiving that address. You must follow third-party terms, eligibility requirements and applicable law. We do not control whether another service accepts a domain or sends a message.
Availability and changes
Features, domains, limits and availability may change. Maintenance, sender policy, DNS, spam filtering, resource limits and security events can interrupt delivery or access. We may modify or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
TempMail Cloud software, branding, original copy and interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its content.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted delivery, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TempMail Cloud and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from missed messages, blocked domains, lost credentials, deleted data, third-party conduct or misuse of a temporary inbox. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent lawful.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access without advance notice when necessary to protect users, infrastructure or legal interests. Serious abuse may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
