Use a permanent inbox for important accounts Do not rely on a temporary email address for banking, investments, healthcare, government services, taxes, payroll, legal matters, confidential documents, primary social accounts or irreplaceable account recovery. Use a permanent provider you control, with recovery options and multi-factor authentication.

Delivery is not guaranteed Incoming email depends on external senders, networks, DNS, spam controls and third-party policies. A message can be delayed, filtered, rejected, malformed or never delivered. Some websites deliberately block temporary or disposable email domains. TempMail Cloud cannot guarantee acceptance, delivery time, inbox availability or compatibility with a particular service.

Receive-only means receive-only TempMail Cloud mailboxes cannot send, reply to or forward email through the platform. The service does not provide telephone numbers and cannot receive SMS verification codes.

Messages and links can be unsafe An email appearing in an inbox does not mean the sender, link or attachment is trustworthy. Treat unexpected messages as untrusted. Verify the sender through a separate channel before entering credentials, downloading files or approving a transaction.

Access depends on your credentials Save the mailbox address and password if you may need the inbox later. Guest inboxes do not have an external password-recovery address. Lost credentials, deleted mailboxes, domain changes or service interruptions can make access unavailable.

Third-party websites TempMail Cloud is independent of the websites that send messages to its inboxes. Their names, trademarks, content, availability and policies belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for following the terms of every third-party service you use.

Service provided as available The platform is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free code detection, permanent retention or suitability for a specific purpose. The Terms and Conditions contain the rules governing use.
