Open TempMail Cloud and a guest receive-only inbox is created without a registration form. Copy the address and use it for an authorized low-risk email workflow. Save the mailbox password if you might return, because guest access may be impossible to recover after both the session and password are lost.
What “without registration” means
No-registration access means you do not need to supply a separate personal email, name, or account password before the first inbox works. The guest mailbox itself still has credentials, because password protection allows the same inbox to be reopened later. This is different from a completely public inbox that anyone can read by knowing its name.
The browser stores an authorized session reference for convenience. Local storage is not permanent recovery. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or losing the session makes the mailbox password important, so use Copy Credentials before depending on later access.
Receive the first message
Copy the complete address from the credential card and paste it into the website that will send email. Return to TempMail Cloud and keep the inbox open. Incoming messages are added automatically, and the refresh control can request the latest server state.
The inbox can show text and restricted HTML email, subjects, senders, dates, likely verification codes, and stored previews. It is receive-only: there is no Compose button, reply workflow, outbound SMTP, or SMS number. Choose a full email provider when two-way communication is required.
Guest inbox versus registered account
A guest inbox is fastest for one address. A registered account is more convenient when you want several owned mailboxes, reliable switching under one account session, and a clear association between the user and their collection. Registration does not turn the service into outbound business email.
You can begin as a guest and create an account for future organization. Keep individual mailbox credentials because they provide a direct login path. Do not reuse the registered-account password as every mailbox password; separating secrets limits the impact of one exposed credential.
Why no automatic expiry is useful
Many no-registration services delete an address within minutes or hours. TempMail Cloud currently keeps mailboxes active until an owner or administrator deletes them. That allows a guest to return for a delayed link or future code, provided they saved credentials.
No automatic expiry does not mean guaranteed forever. Domain availability, abuse enforcement, server operations, user deletion, and lost credentials can end access. Use a permanent provider for essential recovery and keep important records outside the temporary inbox.
Privacy benefits and limits
Using a separate address can reduce spam in a primary inbox and limit how many low-trust sites learn the same identifier. It can also reveal which sender likely shared an address when each workflow uses a distinct local name. Those are practical privacy benefits.
The address does not hide all identity. The third-party website may still collect IP address, device signals, cookies, payment information, or details you submit. TempMail Cloud is an email-separation tool, not a promise of anonymity. Read the Privacy Policy before sending data you consider sensitive.
Safe and unsafe uses
Appropriate examples include receiving a low-risk product confirmation, testing a system you own, separating a newsletter, or getting an email OTP for a disposable workflow that allows it. Do not use a guest inbox for banking, healthcare, government, payroll, identity documents, confidential work, primary social recovery, fraud, or policy evasion.
Treat every incoming link and attachment as untrusted. A message appearing in your inbox proves that a mail server delivered it; it does not prove the sender is honest. Verify unexpected requests through another channel.
Additional practical guidance
Keep a simple test note with the destination address, expected sender, subject, and send time. If delivery fails, that evidence separates a typo from queue delay, rejection, or a sender-side problem. It also prevents repeated resend clicks from creating multiple valid codes that arrive out of order. Use only addresses and senders you are authorized to test.
